MISSION         

The Mission of New Light Missionary Baptist Church is to glorify God, to know Christ, and to make Christ known through nurturing the body, ministering to the needs of its members, and evangelizing the lost through local and global missions. WE ARE ONE!

Our Position
Inspiration and inerrancy of the WORD of God.  The Bible is our sole authority for faith and practice. Creation of man by the direct act of God, and that man fell through sin, becoming spiritually dead. Incarnation, virgin birth, and deity of our Lord Jesus Christ. Vicarious atonement for the sins of Mankind by the shedding of the blood of Jesus on the cross. Bodily resurrection, glorious ascension and imminent personal return of Jesus Christ. Necessity of salvation by grace through faith in Christ alone. Priesthood of every believer. Local church as the divine institution for the spreading of the Gospel and defense of the faith. 

Our Proclamation
CHRIST DIED FOR YOUR SINS.  THE BIBLE SAYS...

Repent of your sin.  "For all have sinned." Romans 3: 23.  "Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." Luke 13: 3

Believe the Gospel.  "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life; and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on Him." John 3: 36

Receive the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior.  "But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." John 1:12
